Shopping and Payment Terms
Payment is in Australian dollars. Scentcillo uses Paypal Australia secure shopping cart facility for its e-commerce transactions. Payment is required prior to dispatch of your order. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, debit cards and direct debit. For Visa, Mastercard and debit cards you can pay directly at the checkout at the time of purchase or alternatively if you have a PayPal account, log into PayPal at the checkout to access your account. To pay by direct debit a PayPal account has to be opened before purchasing. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your purchase order.
Direct bank deposit payment is also available. Our account details will be provided when we receive your email to place an order. Please email us with your deposit details as soon as you have sent payment so that we know who the payment is from. Your order will then be dispatched when payment is received. It can take a few days for payments to be cleared, so please bear this in mind when paying by this method.
We reserve the right to withdraw our offer to sell to any customer if there is an inadequate delivery address or if additional unreasonable expense will be incurred or for any other reason that is determined at the time. If this occurs, we will refund your payment in full and you will be notified by email.
Freight Charges
Delivery cost $10 Australia wide. This is added at the checkout at the time of purchase. Prior to providing credit card or account details and confirming your purchase all applicable freight costs and taxes are indicated.
Shipping Information
Goods are packaged securely to protect against damage in transit. Items are bubble wrapped and packaged in cardboard boxes. Please check your delivery when it arrives and contact us at within 7 days if there is a problem with your order. A tax invoice will be issued via email when you place your order.
Dispatch of Goods
Goods are packed and shipped within 5 to 7 working days of your order being confirmed. All our goods are handcrafted and we use plant based preservatives, as a result we keep minimum stock levels to ensure you receive freshly made products. Your purchase is sent by registered mail via Australia Post. If you are not at home to sign for your delivery or have a P.O. box a card will be left in your post box for you to collect and sign for your parcel at the post office. To avoid delays clearly state your delivery address and daytime contact number.
Refunds and Return Policy
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with Scentcillo products you can return your purchase within 30 days and we will either happily exchange the product for you or provide a full refund when the remainder of the product is returned to us. Scentcillo is not responsible for return shipping. If your product is faulty in any way we will fully refund or exchange.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy at Scentcillo and are committed to the responsible use of any information about site users obtained via this site. When purchasing on line via the secure Paypal Australia system, your name, email, billing address and phone details are collected for delivery purposes only. Paypal hold your credit card or account details securely and these are not able to be viewed by anyone. Your personal information will never be sold or provided to any third party by us. Your email address will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and it will not be added to a mailing list or used for any other purpose without your consent.
If you subscribe to our blog and you wish to unsubscribe at any time a link is provided at the bottom of the email to instantly unsubsribe. Site traffic data is collected only for the purpose of site maintenance and improvement. The web server collects and logs general information e.g which pages have been viewed, the number of visitors to our site, date and time of visit or in some cases home server or domain name used to access site.
